Current site operation
This launch version is a static informational website. It does not create user accounts, take payments, operate comments or run a newsletter database. The site files do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Email enquiries
Contact, advertising and partnership actions use an email link that opens the visitor’s own email application. The website itself does not store those form fields. If you send an email, the information you choose to include is processed by your email provider, the recipient’s email provider and the site operator so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered.
Technical logs
The hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, time of request, requested page, browser information and error records. Retention and security controls depend partly on the hosting account configuration.
External links
Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices. Opening an external link may allow that provider to receive technical information from your browser.
Business information
Public business details may be published for directory purposes. A business owner or authorised representative may ask for a correction or removal. Sensitive personal information should not be submitted for a listing.
Future changes
If analytics, embedded maps, online forms, newsletter software, payments or other data-collecting services are added, this policy and any consent controls should be updated before those services go live.
